I think East may have scored a run more than Rockwall last night -- does anyone keep score at scrimmages? Thank goodness for wise coaches who decided 8 innings was enough.

The Rock has some very nice arms this year....Ballew, Parish, Fields, and Parson....they will do well in 8-5A. The 4 East pitchers survived -- and provided hope towards their goal of winning the final playoff spot in 9-5A. Cool

I wish Swami was around to project 9-5A....he never missed in 2003.

Lamar played a 3-way with LD Bell and Flower Mound. Lamar beat LD Bell by at least 10 runs. Then Flower Mound beat Lamar by 10 runs. Someone in an earlier post said that this was a rebuilding year for Flower Mound. By the looks of the pitching and hitting they produced last night, Flower Mound will be just fine and I fully expect them to finish at or near the top of that district.
i know rock players well Richard parson is still hurt (he is playing anyways and trying to pitch through it... i hope he can i like him very much and wish him the best of luck) he has been getting hurt for a few years everytime he throws ... Cody Fields has some making up to do with the coach bf he gets to throw... if he gets to. The coach has problems with the way he works at practice.
