I've heard rumors fron weatherpersons that our UCI/BYU series is going to be wet, wet, wet and maybe even rained out...2-4 in of rain!

I'm coming anyway...if it rains, I'll kick the dog, eat alot, and watch movies at the hotel.

Let's hope they get in 1 or 2.

Last word was that So Cal is expecting rain on and off for 3-5 days ... starting Friday. Thursday loks good, and Saturday may have some showers. Friday, however, looks like a bust.

By the way, don't know if Bullwinkle told you or not but Anteater Park gets very very cold in the evenings, and the air is damp even when there is no rain in the air. They are really close to the ocean and it does get chilly. Bring lots of hot chocolate

Bullwinkle...It wasn't too bad...the weather was alittle cool, but the games ok...no wind. Asked around to see if anyone knew you..no luck. A split is a split...no winner. I told you they are much better now. Played hard and could have won both...error hurt in CF with 2 outs. Oh well, I think they will have a good year and the Eaters look like they have a good team also.

Had fun, son got to be with the team a little, so next year will be more fun when he is a Freshman.

Bullwinkle was there Thursday night...Standing with the Red, White and Blue Umbrella. A Moose can stand right in front of you, and you may not even see the Moose. A Moose with a freshman son can be invisible. Missed Friday game due to younger sons birthday (30 fourteen year olds boys and girls at the Bullwinkle Household...still recovering)

Ahhhhhh wellllllllll they could have used the freshman this weekend. I suppose today, with a nasty crowd, jet lag and 40 degrees, it was tough. I give them credit for coming all the way across the country to play.

My mom was a nurse, sometimes working the emergency room, and she told me it didn't matter if you were wearing a clean avatar before the accident ... no one would be able to tell after the accident. But then, maybe she was just making excuses for not doing the laundry more often ...

With Cal-Stanford matching up this weekend, wouldn't you think that Justbb and URKMB will be adding to the avatar bets? No pressure or anything, just asking.

Who will you be rooting for infielddad? Not sure I know the answer to that question.

I don't know what the 'gulf war syndrome' equivilant is for avatars, but I'm pretty sure I'm exhibiting signs of it... We'll see how the Bull/Tiger fares this week...

I know you don't like the combination of purple and orange, but you would think it looks good if your player had to wear it!
The combination of costly errors and the Tiger hitters getting out of their slumps made for a great weekend. I think the brooms the fans brought on sunday helped to solidify the SWEEP!


Now I could ask Fungo if he wants to bet for this weekend.......

Trouble?? Just read the posts in the CA and ladies forum about the travel team heading to Sunken Diamond and can see that I was stirring trouble with a swizzle stick.
