The Ted Williams hitting video from Rare Sports Films and the video from our Goodwill Series games filmed by Japan ABC-TV.

These are classic teaching videos and creates "proper" thinking.

Depending on the age of the player, video is just that, video. If you're talking about a young LL'r, most quality made videos will give a kid the understanding of the basic components. With an older kids the best investment is 1x1 coaching in my opinion. You cant beat live interaction.
