was wondering how many of you were firmiliar with the BFS program, and if so, what did you think about it. My school is switching to BFS for all athletes and I was just wondering what you guys thought about it.

I think its a pretty good 1st program for a high school athlete. It emphasizes squats deadlifts hang cleans and bench press which is good for overall strength gains. You may want to tweak it slightly to fit your baseball needs by adding and/or subtracting a few excersices (ie using dumbells for bench) but its definatly a quality program overall in my opinion.
Austin, if you've got any questions, let me know. I love the BFS program. My high school has been using it for 8 years now and the benefits have kicked in. We may not be the most talented or the biggest, but this program allows us to compete.

I followed the BFS program year-round while playing three sports. Didn't tweak a thing. This program allowed athletes to lift the day before and even the day of competition. Many other programs you cannot do so and still get the results.

8 records a week; done right you never plateau!
