I am not from Alabama but my wife is. All of her family back home are die hard Auburn fans. She has a couple of cousins who played at Auburn under Pat Dye. But no bet from me. The only thing I will bet is there is going to be a lot of points scored in that game.
Where's Fungo?

Eight years ago (seems like yesterday) my son stepped onto the top steps leading into Plainsman Park at Auburn University, turned around an looked at me and his mother and said... "This is where I want to play baseball".... and he did.

Wow! Josh called last night and said that was his and his wife's Christmas/Birthday/anniversary/etc. present to each other. NO WAY I would spend that kind of money on a football game..... a new camera lens.... maybe.
I'm guessing there are plenty of "Alabamans" who hope Auburn gets throttled in the championship game.
