Good article.
As far as testing players for the draft, my son was not tested when he signed but when he arrived his first day in milb.
If there was a legitimate concern, wouldn't they want to test before a player signed and have the opportunity to not sign the player due to test results?
I suppose there are a lot of things that will now be done, and hopefully this day will prove to be the day that changed MLB, for the better.
I am not sure about punishing each on an individual basis. And the source has to be considered, though we all know that most athletes don't get better as they get older. I would love to see those on the list or anyone else who has used enhancement drugs own up to what they have done and not deny, that only makes me as a fan more angry.
