Its getting a little better. Until yesterday I was just doing some light tossing. Yesterday I did some light long toss back to about 120 ft.

honestly, you can't be calling this the coach's fault. Bottom line - the player's decision to play, and the coach shouldn't ever be in such a position as is described here.
