Well, if it is an assumption that some (or all) college coaches lie......perhaps we can also assume that some (or all) parents lie......and that some (or all) baseball players lie.
as parents we often measure success as only achieving the top postion,failing to see that even making a college team,success in itself.
grateful, we could NEVER assume a Mom would lie (she'd just be "mistaken"),
but Dad .. . . well???
