Connor Powers going to the #1 ranked Miss.St?

American league; To your question about Powers getting drafted? Saw at least 10 Scout's there just to see Powers, that was monday against Naz.And I think after that game, there will be more scout's.

Saw Powers hit Home Run number 15 this mourning,close to 60 rbis.

On another note regarding college baseball, today's BA top 25 list does not include any school from the state of Florida. I wonder when the last time that occurred?

Happens to lots of teams in the SEC. MSU started off with an 18-19 game win streak. I was the one that suggested everyone "hold on" until they get through the SEC season. They collapsed during the SEC season.

That is when you play the "big boys", i.e., during the SEC season.

STill the best college baseball atmosphere in America. Go see an SEC weekend in Starkville, MS., and you'll come back feeling the same way.

Heard that Powers is a 3-5th round candidate. May be too much money "out there" for him to start his college career.
