The list is long and really depends on the individual.

There is a certain progression, both is "strength" and movement that should be followed in ensure proper movement and neurological connection is developed.

Explaining exercises by words does not do them justice as much is lost and more harm than good (along with a great deal of confusion) are typically the results.

I prefer a mix of pictures, live video and words to do the job.

Some moves I use are the Home Run Press, Ball Windshield Wiper, and Baseball Full-Contact Twist. Again these are just a few as this discussion goes far beyond the scope of this forum, IMO.
