We had placed an order for gloves and clothing from Akadema but had not received the order. Unfortunately, we had made a mistake on the bill. Totally our fault. I called Akadema and explained to their representative that these gloves and apparel were Christmas orders and that I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. Their representative told me that he'd personally make sure that my order got out and would be here TODAY! GUESS WHAT, I JUST OPENED THE BOX!

Customer Service is rare enough that I'm glad you let us know that it's still alive and doing well at an equipment company.

Likewise, I'm not advertising for them, but Baseball Express exceeded my expectations. I placed an internet order with them at 4pm yesterday. I received a shipment confirmation email this morning from them. Just checked the UPS tracking number and my order is already on the UPS truck "out for delivery". This is a wonderful thing this close to Christmas.

Even though we are a one day UPS ship point from this shipper, Baseball Express still got the order out the door "same day".
