We had placed an order for gloves and clothing from Akadema but had not received the order. Unfortunately, we had made a mistake on the bill. Totally our fault. I called Akadema and explained to their representative that these gloves and apparel were Christmas orders and that I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE. Their representative told me that he'd personally make sure that my order got out and would be here TODAY! GUESS WHAT, I JUST OPENED THE BOX!
