I coached my boy off and on up thru 12 yr's old.
And some as a 13yr. old.
But knew it would be best not to coach after that.
For his sake and mine.LOL
But always made a point of telling him the differance between coach and dad.
And I think the one perk to coaching is the fact the field is your's.
You can arrive early for extra time on the field.
That help's in the development of a player.
And it's Fun.
