Throw them out along with the coach. Lesson learned. File charges? Seriously? That's whats wrong with our country now everyone wants to file charges or sue someone rather than just taking care of it themselves.

No, what is wrong with this country is our youth have adapted to not being responsible for their actions.

"Taking care of it themselves"???

Like the umpire throwing a ball back at the kid and hitting him in the chest? Ha! And how do you think that would have stayed out of the courts?

Maybe a good *** whipping by his dad would have taken care of it.

But then again, if the dad was willing to give a good *** whipping I doubt the two clowns would have had the courage to do what they did.

Tx ump, throwing them out of the game is "taking care of it". If you hate kids so much please do us a favor and quit. From your post I am guessing you ump at Craig ranch. Believe me they don't need you that bad.

Yep...

All the little Carlos Zambrano's are learning their lessons each time they get tossed.

Wake up America!

Sorry don't know what Craig Ranch is... never heard of it... it has nothing to do with hate... where did I say hate and how did it into this discussion? Please don't assume things...

I believe it was your first year as the Gators if I recall it right.

You need to get your facts straight,,,,,,It was not DeSoto, it was Richardson. No, never got tossed. Same situation, ump left the field, after being hit. It was simple mis-communication, between the catcher and the pitcher. Runner on second, playing the Tigers. Called a curve ball, pitcher threw a fast ball. Catcher dropped straight down to block, never jumped outside, ball sailed up, and struck the umpire. And, no it was not my first year with the Gators,,, I started the program in 1996.
