Explain to me again how Gregg Paulus can play another sport in college?

The NCAA Guide seems to not allow it.

He didn't play football in college. He worked out for the Packers this week leading up to the draft. He was a QB in high school and might have some potential.

edit: I just heard about possibly playing football for Michigan next year. It seems he can play one year of football even after playing 4 years of hoops. Who knew... other than 3fingers

If his NCAA clock is only at 4 years, then he has 1 more year in which to participate in any sport he has not completed 4 years of competition.
