Freshman showcase?

I know this has probably been asked ad nauseum but can you recommend a decent showcase for a current HS freshman?

I simply want him to get his feet wet and experience a showcase where it doesn't mean that much. Then when he does attend one with the intent of showing well, he'll have the nerves out of the way.

My opinion is to go to a camp ... assuming that there are still some being held -- they will do all of the showcase "stuff" and give you some feedback.

Ball State has one this weekend, so it might not be too late to find something in this area.

If 16, attend a pro-tryout clinic in June-July.
They are typically free.
