Here are a few thoughts ar first glance...

-Tues/Thursday are decent...I would take out the squats and put in more medicine ball throws and core work...These days should focus on recovery, regeneration and pre-hab
--One Mon/Wed/Fri...vary rep range, don't always start with bench press work (and you only realy need it once per week), start with cleans and squats, lower reps on cleans, not sure why the 1/4 mile post workout, more exercises variations (i.e. instead of just squats 3 days, do squats monday, front squats wednesday and overhead squats friday), add more posterior chain work as there is very little if any, and add in back work as well with variations of rows, pull-ups and deads.

You set yourself up. The website you linked to is steroid ABUSE. When used properly, Jsorb is right, there can be some real gains, but most people have no idea what they are doing, and those with proper endocrine systems under the age of 21 shouldn't even bother trying because there is no purpose. I would assume that a lot of the trainers and coaches at big time college and pro levels know how to properly administer a correct cycle with proper loading and PCT, but in the end you will probably get caught so it's not really worth it. I don't think it's out of the question to say that HGH is a better alternative, but since all of us here are under 21 it really doesn't matter, since any use is abuse.

I think you need to do some research aside from what you are fed from the media. I looked up the Tyler Hooton story. He committed suicide after apparently using anabolic steroids. For one thing, he was 17 years old. There is not necessarily a direct connection between suicide and steroids, he easily could have been dealing with other issues at the time. Isolated incidents are capitalized upon by the media to demonize certain issues. Steroids have become such a taboo subject. As usual, the media looks past the root cause of an issue and blames a substance. Unfortunately there is no concrete evidence that steroids cause depression/suicidal thoughts. People are using steroids to CHEAT at a sport, it is AGAINST the rules. Apparently that is not enough for people. When someone tells me that a substance is completely and automatically bad for me 9/10 they lose me, especially when they cite media stories. The same issue replicates itself throughout our culture. Can steroids be harmful? Certainly. Are they always, no matter what precautions are taken? No. This is a proven fact. Sorry for arguing but I couldn't resist. I'm sure people will be angry about what I'm saying.

as i think someone has already mentioned no matter what the medical things say about steroids good or bad (BAD!!!) it doesnt really even matter, the fact is that jucing is cheating and disrepectful to yourself, the game, and your team. But back to your workout, im not sure how long you are planning on doing this, hopefuly just a week, because you need varity in your workouts because otherwise your body will get use to the your set and rep limit and you will not get as strong as you could. Also if you are looking to add stength go with lower reps like 5 sets of 5 of 5 of 4...something like that. But hey, thats just what i think

have fun

good luck
Until someone else does research on steroids outside what mainstream media wants you to believe, then discussing AAS or HGH (IN HEALTHY ADULT MALES OVER THE AGE OF 21) is going to be very hard to do. Although in sports it does create an unfair playing field and it is cheating so why we are still discussing it for use in athletics, regardless of age is unknown to me.
I wanted to get this back on topic for the original poster. I agree with what Jon had to say. Too much squatting and benching, not enough upper back, lower back, shoulders, and glutes/ham. Some exercises I would consider adding:

Front/side raises
Overhead shrugs
Deadlift
Stiff-leg deadlift
Glute/Ham machine
Jerk Press
T-Bar row
Bent-over rows
Pull-ups

TSP4, you must not be able to read. I said that it should be good enough for people to just not cheat, therefore eliminating the need to make unreliable comments about the dangers of steroid use. Apparently you disreguarded everything I said. I'm not advocating steroid use in any way but I am trying to shed some light on the other side of the steroid health issue. If they lose me on a point nine times out of ten, it's because they aren't supporting their argument with sufficient facts. That is precisely what I said. You responded exactly the way I expected...jumping to conclusions. Just wondering, have you ever heard of HRT?

jsorb,

When you get to a college reading level, let me know. I'm already there. I may have interpreted what you said incorrectly, but do not think of me as an idiot. When I'm asked, I don't have to lie. Anyway, HRT and HGH are not banned but should be. I do know what it is. I don't think that there are any more points to bring up on this subject. Thanks for argument. I do have to admit, I like to argue. Good luck.
