Its always great to see highschool players on the HSBBW!! Glad you found us. Lots of good advice and opinions from people willing to help and share with you about what worked ( or didn't work ) for them. I hope we can help you to navigate your way through the recruiting process and perhaps it might just make a few things a little easier. Instead of looking for a needle in a hay stack,....you've got us!
I would first suggest reading through the web site. Take advantage of the green tab button up top that says " find " ( the one with the picture of a magnifying glass ). That's a search engine that will pull up conversations ( threads ) from the past on just about every baseball topic you can imagine.
If you type it, you should find it.
The fact that you are researching now, shows me that you are indeed seriously interested in taking steps forward towards following your dream(s).

I always feel that a good inexpensive place to start to get an idea of your abilities and of how others see your talents is to go to a local JUCO and have them evaluate you. Many junior/community colleges run camps ( lots this winter ).
Check their websites for camp/showcase information.
As far as showcase information, go to our Showcase/Tournament section up top and take a peek. Lots of information there.
If you have a question about a specific showcase/tournament, feel free to post it in there. You should get responses from people who have attended different events and I'd be willing to betcha' a gatorade, they would be willing to tell you about their personal experience and what their feelings about the showcase were.
