My 12 yo went to Cooperstown this week. He has been working for months to beat Connor Martin's King of Swat record (Connor is on my oldest son's team and we have been teasing my younger son for months now). Today was his big day. Well, he didn't break it but he did win. I am so proud of him for having the courage to get up there in front of all the people and execute his plan.
Older brother was so proud it brought tears to his eyes and his two younger brothers were running around high fiving. It was kind of like a family effort. Very fun indeed!!
