as I post this I see that the Salem vs. Concord game is postponed till Monday at 4

Are they really canceling games due to heat. Its going to be around 90 degrees. People play in this type of weather everyday.... WOW

as we speak the temp is 96 in andover. feels like temp is 102. unhealthy air alert issued for southern nh. strong thunderstorms in the forecast for this afternoon. do I really need to go on about why this game was rescheduled or did you also wear newspapers for boots when you walked through 6 feet of snow to get to school when you were young...

According to the NHIAA website, the Div III game between Campbell and Berlin has been postponed to Saturday at 11AM @ SNHU

I wish we had newspapers...we couldn't afford nice warm newspapers..

Moved to CT from Texas 3 years ago. If they didn't play in 90 degrees there, the season would end May 1, and as we know, they play in the heat in Texas. The first summer we were here the coach was telling my son to sit under a tree when it was 80 degrees so he wouldn't get too hot and my son looked at him with a blank stare. He'd never played in such cool weather in the summer.

First snow, then rain, now heat?

Postponed games? This is actually good news for me. Is the DII game now Friday or Saturday?

if my memory serves me.......4 yrs ago portsmouth was winning this same bracket game with their #1 on the bump. rain and lightning, game called came back the next day and lost the momentum..........lost to hollis brookline.
