Kenndy,
I assume Sean is your son and the little righty that came in at the end of the day Tuesday is his brother. I was there and thought that he threw very well for a kid that's going to be a sophmore. Showed poise and went right after the hitters.

You would be correct, Mr. Nails.. And thank you. Ryan, I thought, threw very well Tues. It was obvious to anyone watching the game that Ryan was fresh, and Sean was not (Maybe Sully WAS right). So Sean gets some well-deserved time off (Warren's bats started their summer vacation on Tues) and Ryan is off to 15U Nationals. Thanks for the kind words.
Brother Rice 7, Warren O.
Maybe on Tuesday the EG bats and pitching were on? Just like PR in the last 2 innings yesterday.
Hate to say i told you so ..but Seans coaches should have thought about saving 20-30 of those pitches from last week . Maybe it would have made a difference but who knows.

I'd say that's a pretty impressive resume of wins to that state title! Congrats
who was all named to the all-tournament team?
That was impressive. Is that record (18-2 overall) right? They won all 10 playoff games and had only 10 other games this summer? Or was it 18-2 before the playoffs?
If they played only 10 games the kids must have been playing elsewhere as well.

10 regular season games.

Maybe they just practiced really hard all summer? or played really good competition?
