Thanks a bunch for this. I really enjoy Cressey and have one of general strength books (that is, one not written specifically for any sport). Used training principles in there to extend my hockey playing into my mid-40s.

Your post is timely though because my son just finished his first structured and supervised offseason S&C program for baseball (he's in his last season before HS). So I've been wondering about what to do over the next four months before he switches to a preseason football training regimen.
