Looking to buy either of the products for our team. I like the idea of the 4 stations that the crossover symmetry offer. However, I like the idea that I can get 10 J Bands for $320. This would allow us to have 10 guys working at once, versus only four with crossover.

Can anyone give me feedback on either of the products and what you would recommend?

These would be used throughout the offseason before workouts and/or long toss and in season during dynamic warm routine before playing catch.

Thanks

I have used both the J bands with the throwing program and the crossover symmetry with their throwing program. You can easily take the J bands and make stations like the cross over symmetry has laid out. In regards to the throwing programs I found that my players got their arms stronger doing the Jaeger program but footwork and mechanics got better with Crossover due to their structure. We did Jaeger 2 years ago and Crossover last year. I will be going back to Jaeger. Jaeger also will give you a discount on the bands if you buy in bulk. We bought 60 bands and they gave it to us for $22 a band.
