Lower body work is certainly performed in the workout so I am not exactly sure why it's labeled "Upper Body".

Anyway, this certainly worked for Kris, but that does not mean it will work for any young pitcher. There are far, far too many variables involved.

IMO there is far too much internal rotation work done in this particlar workout. These mistakes can be very dangerous because they do not show up immediately. Rather, they "come to life" a few years down the road in the form of an arm injury...
