hey guys i am a freshman and i need a longtoss program... im trying to get my arm to about 250... can somebody guve me a link to an in depth program or can someone tell me urs? also how far do all of you guys throw?
Get lose first and back up to about 100 to 150 feet. Make 8 throws, Two of the throws with a change up grip (That teaches you to throw your change up like your fastball). Then move back about 50 feet and repeat the same process. Continue this until you reach your max distance. You should stop moving back if you can't reach your partner.
when throwing remeber to not be afraid to put some air under it at long distances even alot of air. It is about strengthening strength will come. also do alot of band and cirlces
