I haven't seen Chez since he was just out of college. He worked with my son before he signed. I always thought he was a great guy. He's done his research. He was a Wolforth guy when I knew him.

Chez is probably 30 now. He's an example of a kid who was a late bloomer. He was good enough to play at a very competitive D3. He grew and developed from a low to mid 80's into a 90+ in college. In college he researched pitching and developed training programs to optimize his pitching. His college pitching coach adopted the program for the staff.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far, both public and private.

He's coming off an elbow injury that kept him out of school ball and just getting into a return to throw program under guidance of a baseball specialist PT, along with a baseball specialist strength and conditioning guy in the area. Looking to pair that up with someone to help him throw in a good pattern for both health and increased velocity, which he needs. Understand there's inherent health risk in throwing/pitching, but want to try to minimize risks as much as possible, while maximizing performance.
