Lower-able batting cage?

Would like to put up a cage in the back yard but the local CC&R's prohibit permanent installation of any structure protruding above the block fence. Anyone know of a cage kit that can be easily raised and lowered? Or anyone have any ideas on how to construct one? It's got to be easy enough for the kids to do it themselves.

Thanks for the reply. Although I mentioned "permanent installation" I'm not sure if that is really what the CC&R's state. I'm guessing even a portable cage would not be allowed if it sticks up above the fence. I'm thinking I'll still need to be able to lower the cage when not using it so that it is not permanently visible. I guess I really need to check the exact wording in the CC&R's.
