This is an example of a publication not even bothering to try and do any research. The one man team is now at Bradley but I guess they didn't bother to do any work for this article so they wouldn't know that. There are four better teams than LT in their own Division much less conference, much less the state, much less the country.
PBR, Considering the above comments about Baseball America, you should feel pretty good about your magazine and the quality of your rankings. Even you didn't get grilled like this.

Without a dog in this fight I'd just say that the DevilMan might consider taking his gripes to Will Lingo or John Manuel, Editors In Chief at BA. They've been doing this since 1981 and they are considered to be the best at what they do. There isn't a major league scout who doesn't read everything they publish, and carry around the Prospects Handbook along with their radar guns. It is what it is.

Ok, thanks for the heads up on that..just let the weather turn and let these guys play some ball. all the rest of the stuff will take care of it self. LT has as good a shot as any other in the state. Pitching and defense should be fine. the rest will come. Of course they did lose Brew. so our offense should be nil. sound familiar......Looking forward to seeing everyone play ball this spring...and getting prepared for the T-Ball season with my 5 yr old too. oh that hurts..but true

A one-man team was better than your 0-man team last year. So until you prove otherwise, you have nothing on LT.
Do you lay awake and night andworry about LT that much? Do you even play? Because I know alot of the guys on HC and they are all very nice guys and I have never heard this kinda of mucity muck from any of the starters. I think you guys or at least the players have a mutual respect for each others programs. Two good teams with alot of tradition. I guess if you are that worried then you must not feel to comfy.... Oh well good luck and good baseball to both clubs this spring. Pitching and defense are going to win this year...gee there's a new cliche

Losers' Talk? Now THAT was witty! And what does football have to do with baseball? That's comparing apples to oranges. How many state championships do you have anyways for either sport in the past 10 years?
Well first of all i like to congrats my high school on being ranked nationally once again. its good to see we're still up there.

for devilman.. yeah i may be gone and our offense wont be as strong but who do u guys have? you have morris and krash and maybe one or two other guys. so i dont know what you're so excited about. maybe u'll actually beat Naz this year too. o and football has nothing to do with baseball, our program sucks for football so good one. LOSERS TALK that was pretty good too except for the fact everytime i look at this site i see you talking trash about LT. I guess thats all you can do, but for some reason we end up beating you every year in baseball so..........

for LT and my boys i wish you guys the best. you all better be at ISU (especially you weston) to watch me whoop up on Sorce. o and for once this year dont blow the conference to OPRF for like the 3rd year in a row.
Brew, what's up dude. what are you doing up at 1:30 in the morning? you should be getting your beauty rest. Are you sleeping with your bat? How is it in college ball. Is it that much different. I know for a stud like yourself it can't be that big of a change. LT is going to be just fine this year. I mean we have to put some more homers this year cause YOUR gone now. The pitching is going to surprise alot of people, especially those just west of us. We may even pitch our 5 or 6 vs them. Why waste the studs, they might get hurt, oh, it's baseball i forgot for a second there. Well good luck to you and BU this year. Keep it going kid, I'm proud of you. Come over for dinner when your in town......SWEATY
If my son wasn't playing on 4/22 and 4/25 there's no way I wouldn't be at one of these games. Nothing like some pre-season trash talking to post in the LT locker room. DevilMan, I'd be careful what you wish for.

Corky, Sweaty,Boomer, I've circled 3/29 on my calendar to drive out and watch the Sandburg game. Good luck this season.
DevilMan.....

You know, you have asked a very good question??? I really don't know! But can you imagine how much better of an attitude our players would have if they did have new digs to play in!!!! If you can't beat us now, just imagine how much harder it will be for you to beat us when our kids are playing with a better attitude.

P.S.

Before you worry about our field, how about spending some of your cash, and make your field into a real sized one!!!! What's the leftfield, 295'?????? I'll bet you might even be able to hit the ball over the fence. Don't forget to take your Advil when your done with practice!
