I just got a call that McSports in Rockwall has closed the doors. without telling people who had practices and lessions scheduled.
I hope they refunded money to the ones playing in there basketball and s****r leagues.

that's what happens when you sink a lot of money into something and then let your rude wife run it (speaking from having to deal with the rude wife).
I've heard rumors that they are working on a contingency plan to re-open in a few weeks. (Yes, it's just a rumor - so take it for what it's worth.) I think there are some new investors looking at taking over the facility.
And Jewels - I'll have to agree with you on the rude wife issue!

I'm sure Jewels is referring to a specific rude wife and not speaking generically --- since there may be a few other wives running facilities in town......that may or may not be rude. 
The bad part about that is before the rude wife it was the wifes sister and she was twice as bad as the wife.

Feel sorry for the people that are losing money that was paid out up front for workout time and from what I understand, gym memberships. Takes a lot of money to run a facility that big. Its gonna take more than money to make that facility work. Someone has to be in charge of getting leagues going for s****r, basketball, volleyball and whatever else they can get in there. Too much downtime during the summer.
