My son just completed a good year pitching at the middle school level at age 13. He started practice with the JV summer team from the high school 16U this week. Any advise anyone can give us for his next stage in his pitching career?

He most likely get roughed up in the beginning, but it's a learning and adjustment process. A 350+ ft. bomb off of me during fall in 9th gr. was a very good teacher.
My son is in the same position. pitched his 7th grade season at 13 for the middle school and is now on a sophmore summer league team 15....doing well, has a great defense behind him.
