Okay, we all know the old addage "midwest baseball isn't as solid as other areas because of the weather", but i feel there is still tons of talented midwest kids. Although they are hard to spot early on in the season, once it's into the season, they start to be looked at. Michigan has a few guys in the Eastern half of the state, but what Midwest state pops out some of the best propsects for the '08 season???
