A couple of strange looking things here.

Nobody is arguing that. But it's the National Collegiate Athletic Association Baseball Tournament. Not the Carolinas Baseball Tournament.

Thanks 55mom for explaining it better than I could. Good luck to you guys in regionals. I like your coach and my son said early in season that state was best team in conference. At least I'll have good memories of our tourney game vs state.
It's ok. You made it abundantly clear by dominating an occasion to celebate teams making the tournament, with your bitterness The Big Ten stinks. The teams stink. The players stink. Maybe you think the Big Ten should drop baseball. Have a good day!quote:Originally posted by igball:
Sorry if I highjacked this thread. Takes a lot to get me worked up these days but NCAA managed to.
Good luck to all the teams, including MSU.
That's not what I did. I stated it wasn't for my kids. I stated in a certain part of the country it's seen in a negative way. Had you made a point of why one school over another in the NCAA's it would have been one thing. But you made a point of repeating it and repeating it as anger not fact.quote:Originally posted by igball:
Personally, I'm pulling for the Big Red and State to meet in the super regionals. Best of luck to both teams.
Funny how some people who have spent a large amount of time on here denigrating other people's academic choices (ie junior colleges are not a good choice in some circles for those who take academics seriously) are now so defensive when they are the recieving end of a far less important subject (baseball).
