I received a E-Mail from the recruiting coach at a top 50 D-1 school that said they have heard some good things about me. He invited me to come up and watch a baseball workout and then he would give a few tickets to a basketball game. With me being a junior and I haven't even played my junior season yet. I was wondering what are some do's and dont's I should do since this will be my first time. Thanks for anything that might be helpful...

If you have a remote interest in the school, do follow-up with a thanks and try to take him up on his offer, use it as a opportunity to make it an productive visit and get to know the coaches, players, program and most important, the school.

Don't read too much into it, it is a very good starting point to hopefully a long and fruitful recruiting process.
