Key excerpt:

"Perfect Game and Baseball America also plan to work closely with MLB programs like RBI, MLB Youth Academies, the Breakthrough Series and Play Ball, among others. The brands will also combine their efforts to benefit many children’s charities, including cancer aid and research, children’s hospitals, Autism and Club Foot awareness."

All starting to come together to serve families from ALL income levels. Now add DiamondKast as the means to collect all player data, and you have a juggernaut.

Congrats to PGStaff. He won't say it, but he may be the smartest guy in the room.

Thanks Joe, but that would have to be a fairly empty room.

No matter what some might think, we love the game of baseball and the kids that play the game.  We are going to prove that we truly care about growing the game and provide as many opportunities as possible to any and all kids.  That all starts with the youngest kids. That is where we see the biggest need to educate and improve.   That is where kids should be learning the right way to play.  That is where a lot of coaches need to learn the right things to teach, where some parents need to learn what the game is really about.

Working with MLB is nothing new for us.  The new commissioner is a blessing to the game.  So are those out of the commissioners office and elsewhere that work hard to provide opportunities for everyone, but especially for those that lack the resources required.  We want to help even the playing field for those that need assistance.. And more than anything else we want to create baseball fans, because in the end fans are more important than players.  Without any fans we would run out of players.  We believe most people become baseball fans during their younger years.  Sometimes all it takes is one positive memory to create a life long baseball fan.  We have actually been doing this for years in our home town and we see it working.  We are developing a plan that will expand our reach to all of the nation and beyond.

People will be hearing a lot more in the near future.  There will always be some naysayers, but that wont stop anything.
