Couple things here...for anyone to give you an idea you need to add some more information...Are you a senior, junior, sophomore?... Righthander or lefty?

Now not knowing your body type, but at 6'1" 280 lbs your conditioning is going to be highlighted. So be prepared for that feedback.

Sussex is a NJCAA Division II juco, although I dont think they have a roster posted, you can get a lot of information from a schools website. Also you should be seeking answers of these questions from Coach Poltersdorf. His contact info is on the website.

Have you contacted Coach Poltersdorf?. Is Sussex the only school you would attend? Hows your HS season going?..Any interest from other schools?

I know it seems like a lot of questions , but lots of programs need pitching, now it might not be DII juco, but does that matter to you? If you want to play at the next level you need to work every angle.

If you've got a good curve ball and your willing to work hard, you can find a program that will be willing to give you a shot. What you do with that shot is up to you.

Don't give up. if you dont get recruited, get in the weight room, condition, throw and walk on. You will be a non player longer than you ever will be a player so you need to do everything you can so that one day you can say I gave it my best shot.

Best of luck.........I'm pulling for you.
