Dreams Park I presume. It's been a while since my son played there, but either the Dream Park recommended some rental agencies or we (our team mom) found them for us. I recall renting a house that was about 20-25 minutes away in another local town. I paid $850 for the week - this was back in 2005 - had to put half the rent up when I made the reservation. Paid the remainder upon arrival. There are hotels, but they are usually booked solid and quite a bit more expensive. Only problem I ran into was cell service in that little town (wherever the heck it was) was not good. Had to drive out of town to get a marginal signal.
One of the families found a camp site on the north side of Cooperstown.
Hope that helps.
You'll find some of that info on the Dreams Park website:

And an FYI, most hotels in the area are $200+ per night.

A lot of houses available. My advice is to stay as close as possible as you will have many trips back and forth to the park. We stayed half way between the park and "downtown." Very nice.

We were there this summer and cell service was better than 3 years ago - but we have smart phones now and didn't then... The team families stayed in a variety of places - hotel room in town, house on the lake, condo between town and park - and all seemed happy with accommodations and all commented on how expensive the accommodations were.
Have a great time!
Don't rely on pictures alone. We were there a couple of years ago, were snookered (place had renovated one of five "suites", and took pictures of only that one renovated suite. The other four were old, smelly, and absolutely horrible.), and ended up staying in a very undesirable location. Once you are there, your stuck, as nothing else is available, and you already had to pay up front. Do your homework, as there are lots of nice places (pay for what you get), and lots of bad places (pay for what you don't get). Hotels are typically not an option, and if available, are very expensive. As said above, share a nice house with another family. If you have to drive an extra 10-15 mins to get something nice, it is worth it. Just make sure you do your homework. Good luck and have fun!
Thanks everybody...anybody ever stay in the August Lodge?

This is a great experience for the parents and the player. We did it four years. If you Google Bavarian Farms it will come up under Cooperstown Stay, this is a great house and great setting. The house can accommodate several families in different levels, but is as clean as a pin and absolutely breath taking views. The Owner Wayne is an very nice guy. Its 15 minutes from the park and the down time in between games offers a nice deck and relaxing atmosphere. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the town and really gives you a Upstate new york feel. There are some really good places to eat outside the down town area, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO EXPLORE. If you like to explore the Blue Minga on the lake has great food and great scenery (Ate there at least three times a trip), the little dining place at the marina in cooperstown has great clams and the food is really good, and of course Sals Pizza place is good old New York pizza. There are lots of places along the main highway in and out of the town and Dreams park that cater to all the families and players, but they can be hit or miss as far as quality for the value its fast track.
After going four times with both my son's, Cooperstown will always be a place were you never forget. Do not forget the Hall of fame as its truly a step in the past and unbelievable.
Have a good time and although winning is great this entire family experience is even better
Several families stayed at August Lodge the year we went. We stayed nearby (in a house shared by 3 families, Annie's Place, I think it was called, with the fields just past our back yard!) AL seemed to be nice, expensive. No complaints from our team, but did hear one from a friend that stayed there the same week. We also had friends stay on a lake so that their non-playing children could fish.
There is a great place to pick blueberries nearby AL. Packed them in a container for the ride home and wished I had also gone earlier in the week!
