Replies sorted oldest to newest

I've had some summer team coaches say the website we've setup was very good.

Not sure about the college coaches though.

We just basically use it as an avenue for college coaches to go there and see video or get other information AFTER my son sends them an email.

Maybe we should send out a survey to them asking if it was helpfull at all.

The short answer is yes. It served two purposes really. The first was exposure, the second was the simplist way to get a coach to take a look. It's easier to follow a link in an email to get a quick look at a player, than open a package, put in a dvd, etc.

We had a number of compliments from coaches and scouts also about how they very much liked the updated stats and being able to find out where he was playing.

You mentioned email. Is that how you (or someone else) initiated the contact with the college coaches in order to tell them about your son's website?
