Outstanding coach.
Tanner Bushue RHP taken in the 2nd round by Toronto.

Ian Krol was drafted in the 7th round, pick 213, by Oakland.

Ripcord51 why the hateful tone?
School enrollment has nothing to do with it - projectable talent does! And Krol would likely have gone several rounds higher had it not beeen for his "issue." A whole bunch of Illinois kids were drafted in the first two days - to see the entire list go to MLB.com and search the draftees by state.
Or maybe if IK had stayed at 88-90 like last year and not dropped to 86-88 while doing time in the Wisconsin scout league things may have been different. Regardless, U of Arizona is a great place to land if he so chooses.
Thanks Onebounce. Great to see all the names of Illinois players. Special congrats to Connor Powers, Wade Kapteyn, Adam Worthington and Andrew Wolcott.

God forgives, and so do baseball scouts. Get in the know, or stay in the now.

Of course! Second chances are for everyone! But forgiveness and consequences are two different things. Both are equally important to experience along the way. Best of luck to IK - and all the other draftees - for great college or pro careers!
Actually at the end of spring the LHP in question was 88-92 pretty consistently.
