Hi everyone, Does anyone know how the PR coaching search is coming along? Who are the candidates? Is there a timeline to name him? It's getting awfully close to the season for them to keep dragging their heels.

There are a number of applicants, I know that interviews for out of the district candidates will be conducted on the 15th.
Prairie Ridge has named Dave Haskins to assume the Head Coaching responsibilities effect today. Congratulations Dave, I appreciate the time, effort and commitment you have made toward developing our players over the course of the past 10 years.

Sorry but I don't know much about Dave Haskins and am kind of interested. Found where he was an assistant at Palatine? Does anyone else have other information? I'm interested because I'm from the area and just don't know much about him....

Dave Haskins is entering his 11th season as a varsitybaseball coach, Coach Haskins strength is developing, initiating and implementing the Pitching philosophy. Two of Coach Haskins former players have signed contracts to play professionally.
Coach Haskins, a 1991 Conant High School alum, played collegiate baseball for Northeastern Illinois University.
Currently, Coach Haskins is currently employed by with SEDOM (special education office of McHenry County)

Prairie Ridge should be very impressive this year with 5 D1 signees, two of whom are pitchers at top notch programs. Good luck to coach Haskins and the Wolves!
They look strong on paper but they will be seeing everyone's best pitching in a conference full of strong pitching. It won't be easy.
