Back to the original point.

All a scout wants from the parents and player is some parameters to go by. Everyone is signable for a price. What scouts and clubs want are players who are signable for the passion they have inside to become a major league player.

Tell the club pick me and pay me round value and I'll sign. You'll go where your suppose to. Tell the club you wanta Million and want to be a top 2-3 round pick and your most likely going to school.

If you have no interest in signing then tell the club that.

Whats amazing to me is the kids and parents who walk away from 100 thousand dollars and a FULL 4 year college scholarship for a 40-80 % scholarship and all the spending money they can come up with plus remain on health insurance plan and dental insurance plan.

If you wanta play pro ball then don't make it about the money. Every one isn't a 1st rounder. There is only 30 1st round picks and some of those are not real 1st rounders.

Now how about that advice, the round you are picked in will follow you forever>>>>

as if thats a bad thing, if its about baseball cards and equipment then GO TO COLLEGE!

I'm wondering about Mike Piazza 60 something rd, John Smoltz 22 nd rd, Jeff Kent 30th rd, Keith Hernandez 40 something rd, Albert Pujols 13th rd

Heck I could go on and on and on. Glad the HALL OF FAME as no rules like that. Since most of your Hall of Famers weren;t 1st round picks!!!!
