Interesting notes from both games:

- Nathan Thornhill (winnging Pitcher #2) is a sophmore. His dad was raised in Plano until his sophmore year.

- Both CF made run saving ESPN WEBGEMS in Game #3.

- Andrew Blum pitched a masterpeice in Game #3.

- Donald Plant had a HR in both games.

- West fans need a sunbreak after sitting in that for two games. ESP moved to CP side in game 3 for some shade.

Thanks for coming out. Great weekend of baseball and two very competitive teams.

Quick correction, game 1 HR for PW was Blake Parker (soph). Donald Plant (JR) hit 1 HR in game two...both were bombs!

My apologies to Blake Parker. Both Parker and Plant HRs were Bombs. Too bad Nate Thornhill'd dad moved away several years ago; he would have made a great addition to our East staff this year. Great to see Mike after almost 30 years.
