In High School baseball a starter can reenter once at any time wether field or batting?

So curtesy runner for the pitcher and catcher has to always be those designated runners correct?

However, when a starter gets on base he can have someone off the bench run for him but the starter reenter the next inning on the field and the runner is done for the game?

What if a starter is pinch hit for in an inning can he renter into the field?  As long as it is only once.

Any starter can reenter one time.

A player can courtesy run for the pitcher or catcher but not both. You can use different CR every time if you like, as long as they are eligible.

Pinch running or hitting is the same type of substitution. The starter can reenter at any point later in the game. The substitute is burned and cannot reenter. You can pinch hit or run for the starter again later, but he can no longer reenter.
