I'm not familiar with the folks ('non baseball guys') and reports you're referring to that TPG may be referencing. Please provide some names so I can keep up here.

Also, what's a "non baseball guy" to you. Using an extreme example, is your opinion that if someone never played or coached baseball that they can have no knowledge about correct/incorrect mechanics? Please elaborate.
