anyone heard of the ncaa testing any kids this summer yet or teams?
how does the njcaa test for steroid if at all...do top jucos in the south and west get tested for anything?

How about a rule that all foreign born players are tested - or must show proof of testing prior to being accepted to college or drafted.
Foreign born players with the exceptions of Canada and the US territories are not subject to the draft.
Testing for performance enhancing drugs or supplements should be a mandatory part of the game in this day and age.
Sadly with all the feigned ignorance of performance enhancing drug usage in sports, an air of guilty before proven innocent has become the norm.

Not that I know of those test are very expensive and I believe they are still random and NJCAA and NCAA D2 schools
