super 60 showcase

What impressed me the most about Conner Powers on Sunday was that after the showcase he left to go work on his hitting, no I am not kidding. With dedication and a work ethic like that he should go far.

Lineshot.......I'm betting someone will take a "flier" on him.

And I don't mean on a 747 either.

Fball, just always impresses me when a kid or young man works that hard at anything. I think it will pay off for him, at least I hope it will.

What was the final roster?

Connor Powers can be a middle-of-the-lineup hitter for any college program in the country.

talented and hard working! Looks like some schools around here are missing the boat with CP. hearing a school in mississippi is working to land him.

How many scouts attended the showcase? How about any good 60 times?

Don't be surprised to see Powers at either Purdue or Iowa next year.

What school and what position does Powers play for? Also doesn't Kapteyn have a little brother? Was he at the showcase and if so how did he look?

Wade Kapteyn's younger brother Braden was there, too. I wouldn't call him "little brother" though; he's about 6-4 and looked very good.

Is Powers L/L, R/L, R/R? Hows his speed? Sounds like he can hit, how's his defense? Soft hands, good arm, footwork?
Also do you know what Braden 60 time was?
