In regards to admission to the school or who they recruit?
Great program, great coaches, nearly played for the national championship last year. They won their regional this year and played in a super regional. They have played in 7 consecutive regionals. Their recruiting class is ranked among the top 10-20 in the nation nearly every year. So from an ability standpoint they are extremely selective.
In addition many of their players have received academic honors, so they must be fairly selective that way too.

Take a look at the 2011 roster. They don't have to look too far away from home to find good players!
is their roster accurate only 18 players?
No, that's not accurate. They must have removed seniors and drafted players going pro. If you look at their season stats they have more like 27-28.
