It isn't about baseball but the The NY Giants and the NE Patriots, both organizations, are to be commended for the football game on Saturday Nite---neither team had to play full tilt because they were locked in for the playoffs but being the organizations that they are they played the game the way it was meant to be played---it was an all out effort, full tilt boogie effort on both sides

More organizations should take notice as should, the media who said they should be resting players---most media apparently never played a sport because if they did they would have known the Giants wanted to be the team to beat the Pats and the Pats did not wnat to lose a 16-0 season record

Once again--congratulations to both organizations---you do not go on the field looking to get beat

Sounds like a frustrated Browns' fan...and I can understand your disappointment.

Anyhow...I now have a lot of newfound respect for two coaches I really don't care for. That was perhaps the most entertaining game I've seen all year...and the energy conveyed from the stadium over the TV was like a college game.

TR, I would agree except watching Brett Favre play a few great series and then pat the ref on the butt and head to the bench after 250+ games only reminded me of how the game should be played. The man may not be the best pure QB in the history of the game but will go down as one of the most respected players by his peers, the media, and the fan in the history of any sport.
