We dropped Brian off at Navarro last week. After one week he doesn't seem to miss home or us. He says the returning players are very well conditioned but pitching wise he says he is doing fine.
This was a piece of cake compared to dropping our oldest son off at West Point two years ago. Talk about feeling like you "lost" a son - because in reality we have.
We still have a 12 year old daughter and a 9 year old son so the house is not exactly quiet. I kind of envy the "empty nesters" - I am assuming that you couples are running around the house naked. I look forward to doing that again someday.
