Can anyone give us first hand information about playing baseball at UMBC, life on campus and the school in general. Thanks.

UMBC is a fairly small school, and consists of a lot of commuting students. It is pretty low key, not much going on during the weekends etc.. but is a good school, it is an honors college. They have an ok field, nothing special at all, but it is not known for their baseball. Being right next to baltimore gives the students something to do, but can get slow and quite. Don't play at UMBC so I dont know what the teams like, but there is the BWI invitaional that is played there, which would give you a chance to meet the coaching staff
