If the Yanks win, I think MVP goes to A-Rod - I would rather it not, but you can't deny his bat.

If by the grace of god Phills take it, then there is no question, Utley is in.

The one wrinkle is, if Utley goes yard Wed and Yanks still win.

Howard is swinging at ****, he has had some bad calls, but come on.

If it goes seven, and CC wins it, I think they might give it to CC.

You might want to check those box scores again. I think Utley went something like 4-6 with 3 HR's and a double off CC in CC's two starts. Maybe a walk in there for extra measure.

In CC's defense, they are pitching him on short rest, which was what finally broke him last year, too. And, that first start (7 innings with only 2 runs, both on Utley solo shots) was a strong outing even though he got hung with the L.

On another note - CC does not look like a pitcher, I wonder what he could do with a football.
If Sabathia and Molina get on an elevator together does the elevator not move and the overload warning goes off. These guys look like slow pitch softball players.
I figured Jeter or Damon would win it because they were the most consistent offensive players in the World Series but after Godzilla's 6RBI game and singlehandedly clinching the series and a .615 BA, I thought he might swipe it away like the silent assasin he is, and he did. I didn't put Sabathia in the mix because I really believed there'd be no Game 7 because Cole Hamels was the starter, got gutless and quit on his team and Yanks would've teed off on Hamels early. Had there were, and Sabathia pitched lights out, he would get it hands down.

While Godzilla don't have the legs anymore, he's about as clutch a hitter there is in the game and getting it done with the bat on the big stage is no surprise since this guy has icewater in his veins.

The more ratched up the pressure, the more you want Godzilla up in that spot.
