big - i know this is a huge thread full of mixed comments but i have decided to keep using weighted baseballs. but now i also want to use them for strengthening now as well, (before i was only warming up with them), do you have a inseason program for them?

a couple of other related questions i would like to ask are:

i am 17 should i do weights during the inseason?

do you have a program for the weighted baseballs and weights?
thanks
Every time I read threads about this topic I ask the same question..."why is a 5oz. ball not considered a weight"? A 5oz. ball would seemingly put more stress on a 10 yr. old than an 18 yr. old. If baseball had come along using a 4 oz. ball instead of a 5 oz. ball, then throwing a 5 oz. ball would be considered "weighted". The human body can tolerate only so much stress for any given movement. You certainly wouldn't attempt to propel something as heavy as a shot(10lbs.) the same way you would a baseball, but I think there is a small range of weight above 5 oz. that can be used with proper mechanics to help strengthen the muscles, and tendons that perform that very task. I'd like to see a video clip of what Kharma considers the correct way to throw a baseball.
